Delivery within North Macedonia

Shipping within North Macedonia is complimentary.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for eligible artworks and prints.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the type of artwork ordered. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

Packaging

Artworks and prints are packaged according to their materials, dimensions, and framing requirements.

Unframed fine art prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes for international delivery.

Framed Prints

Framed fine art prints are currently available for local delivery only. For international orders, please select an unframed print where available.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges should be confirmed before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

We want every collector to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

This policy applies to original artworks, Artokens and limited-edition fine art prints purchased through mihailkorubin.com.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the artwork must:

Be in its original condition, without damage, alterations or signs of use.
Include all original packaging, certificates of authenticity and accompanying documentation, where provided.
Be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Undamaged items: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, Mihail Korubin Studio will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or arrange an appropriate alternative.

Please contact us with photographs of the item and packaging if your order arrives damaged.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Any applicable statutory refund deadlines and reimbursement obligations will be respected.

5. Limited-Edition Artworks

Original artworks, numbered Artokens and limited-edition fine art prints are eligible for returns under the same conditions.

Certificates of authenticity, edition documentation and any accompanying materials must be returned with the artwork.

Returning a limited-edition artwork does not guarantee that the same edition number will remain available for future purchase.

6. How to Request a Return

If an artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, Mihail Korubin Studio will cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange an appropriate remedy.
